  • You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share a complete unboxing video (without cuts) along with clear photos so we can help you quickly.
  • Once the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is available for manufacturing defects, size or color issues, or if an incorrect product is delivered (subject to stock availability).

  • International customers must inform us about any damage or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Once your return/exchange request is approved and the product is shipped back to us, the complete exchange process may take 20–25 days, depending on international shipping timelines and customs clearance.
